Extension and alterations to existing house to create new kitchen/dining room and additional bedroom.

The original house had been formed from two shop units which had resulted in a compromised room layout (from the entrance hallway you had to pass diagonally across the living room to an inner hallway to get to the kitchen). The solution was to knock through a cupboard to connect the two hallways and block up the living room door.

A single storey extension to the rear include the new kitchen/dining, utility and covered terraced area.

A new bedroom located in the old kitchen and borrowing space from a bedroom a hallway linking through to the back the house was formed.
